- We send the design by email and wait as long as necessary for your approval. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied;
- After your approval, it will proceed to production where your design will be embroidered; (1 - 3 business days)
- After we complete the embroidery, we carefully package and send it to your address. (4 - 8 business days)
